JURGEN KLOPP ERA IN GERMANY: BANS STARTED IN THE CAMP

The new head coach of the German National Football Team, Jurgen Klopp, made a fast start to his duty and determined highly strict rules to ensure discipline. The famous German sports newspaper Bild brought to its pages that the experienced manager literally declared martial law in the camp. The successful technical man prepared a brand new regulation for his players to focus only on their performances on the pitch and notified the team. Klopp first set a precise rule for meal times to increase harmony. The German coach made it mandatory for all players to come to team meals absolutely together and exactly on time. He made no concessions to delays or excuses. Along with this, he brought a massive restriction to technology. He completely banned footballers from using mobile phones right before the matches to ensure full concentration. He completely cut communication with the outside world in the dressing room. One of the most remarkable decisions of the experienced technical man was about the physical appearances. Klopp banned players from getting a haircut during the camp with precise language. He wanted the footballers to focus only on training sessions and matches and reduced off-pitch activities to a minimum level. Finally, he took a very radical step for major tournaments. He severely restricted family visits in order not to distract the players during tournament periods. He argued that footballers should concentrate only on the trophy in the championships. The German sports press waited with great curiosity about what kind of impact these strict rules created on the team. Fans welcomed and supported this disciplined attitude of Klopp with great satisfaction on social media platforms. German football federation officials believed that the new era brought great success to the national team. All eyes turned to that first official match. The management stood behind all the decisions of the experienced coach.
