STATEMENTS FROM NEW TRANSFER MIKA GODTS

Paris Saint-Germain's new transfer Mika Godts, whom the French Ligue 1 giant added to its squad with great hopes, made highly sincere and remarkable evaluations about his first period at the club. Giving an exclusive interview to La DH, one of the leading sources of the Belgian press, the talented footballer detailed his adaptation process in the capital team, his teammates' approach to him and the trust the technical staff has in him. The capital team spent an intense effort during the summer transfer window we left behind to add this young talent to the roster. He took exactly 173 minutes of playing time in 7 official matches he went out on the pitch with his team this season and provided an offensive contribution of 2 assists despite scoring 0 goals. The young star clearly expressed that he feels no rushed pressure on himself with the words, "I have time, I have time. The coach and the club believe in me. They bought me, so it's normal." Meeting the difficulties brought by playing in a world-class club like Paris Saint-Germain with great maturity, the successful name uses the expressions, "The team is solid, it helps me a lot. The players help me a lot too. I'm calm. I'm trying to play at a high level and do my best." Stating that he will focus only on his football at this new and challenging step of his career, Godts proved to the football public how strong a professionalism he has by saying, "I don't feel any pressure. I'm very calm and I'm trying to do the best I can. I'm trying to stay humble, keep my feet on the ground, and work hard." The new transfer, who admires the on-pitch solidarity within the team especially, completed his words with a great enthusiasm by saying, "What impresses me the most is seeing all these great players working for each other. There's a real collective strength!" The coach of the Paris team, Luis Enrique, shows everyone how much he trusts his high potential with these critical minutes he gives to his player on the pitch.
