ITALIANO'S BEŞİKTAŞ TRUTH: NO CHAMPIONSHIP DEMANDED

Beşiktaş Head Coach Vincenzo Italiano made sincere statements about his future in the black and white club and the current goals of the team. Stepping in front of the sports press, the Italian manager clearly stated that the board of directors did not demand a direct championship promise from him for this season. The successful technical man explained in detail that club officials set exactly four main goals for him when he took office. Italiano proudly stated that they placed reaching the UEFA Europa League league stage at the top of these goals and they successfully achieved this massive objective as a team. The Italian coach stated that their second goal was to obtain a solid position right behind the teams at the top ranks in the league race. Saying that their third strategic aim was to create a very clear and dominant playing identity on the pitch, the experienced manager added that as the final step, they aimed to reveal a young player group with a bright future. While reiterating that the management did not make a definite championship demand, he emphatically underlined that they still should not break away from the summit race. Arguing that they absolutely should not allow the point gap between them and the leader team to widen, Italiano stated that they increased their fighting power in every official match. Expressing that the current team structuring process required time and patience, the visionary coach heralded that they would try to achieve much greater successes next season when they advanced with the right steps. This realistic and transparent approach of Vincenzo Italiano, which completely took the championship pressure off the player group, aroused a very wide echo in the sports public and the media.
