MARCUS RASHFORD AT THE TOP IN PREMIER LEAGUE

The first 5-week period of the new season is left behind in the English Premier League, which is accepted as the most exciting and challenging organization in world football. While the teams fight fiercely on the pitch, statistical institutions put the individual performances of the players under the microscope down to the finest detail. In this context, the ranking of the talented names who created the most goal chances in open play in the first 5 weeks of the league was officially announced. According to these detailed data announced, English star Marcus Rashford, wearing the Manchester United jersey, left his rivals behind and wrote his name at the top with golden letters. The successful attacking player created clear goal chances for his teammates exactly 13 times in open play in the past matches and took his place at the highest step of the list. Right behind Rashford, there are two important names who attract attention with the superior performance they exhibited. Pascal Gross and Morgan Gibbs-White closely maintain the pursuit of the top with 12 chances they created against their opponents each. These players, who are the most important weapon of their team in terms of creativity, receive a huge applause from their fans. When we go down one step of the ranking, an exciting triple competition appears before us. James McAtee, Martin Odegaard and Cody Gakpo proved their quality once again by creating 11 goal chances each in open play during the time they stayed on the pitch. Especially the stars of the teams in the championship race like Odegaard and Gakpo show what a key role they play with these statistics. In the continuation of the list, three more names who impress with their talents found a place for themselves. Rayan Cherki, Morgan Rogers and Antoine Semenyo provided a great contribution to the offensive power of their teams by creating goal opportunities 10 times each against the tough Premier League defenses. Great changes will occur in this statistics table together with the new matches to be played in the upcoming weeks.
