POISSY IS AMBITIOUS IN PSG'S NEW STADIUM PROJECT

An exciting and highly competitive process occurs in the massive stadium project that will directly affect the future of the France Ligue 1 giant Paris Saint-Germain. According to the latest news the L'Equipe newspaper announced to its readers, local elected officials in the Poissy region make an incredible effort to build the capital team's new home within their borders. The authorities presented a strong offer to the club management to establish the giant sports complex of the club directly on the large Stellantis grounds located at a distance of less than 5 kilometers from the PSG Campus. This massive Parisian project, which does not consist of only a football pitch, contains many details that will fascinate sports fans inside. The plans on the table cover a main stadium with exactly an 80,000-seat capacity and an indoor arena for 20,000 people to be used for multi-purpose events right next to it. This ambitious investment, requiring a massive land use between a minimum of 50 and 100 hectares in total, will also completely change the infrastructure of the region. Within the scope of the project, brand new road and rail transportation lines will be built in order to facilitate access to the stadium and facilities. The executives aim to hold a magnificent opening ceremony that the whole world will turn its eyes to in 2035 by completing the construction of this whole giant complex. However, the Poissy region does not progress alone in this great race. While the Massy region also takes part in the competition as a quite attractive and strong alternative for the construction of the new stadium, the option of staying at the team's historical home, Parc des Princes, where it played its matches for many years, strongly maintains its presence among the possibilities. The PSG management evaluates all these assertive options in front of it down to the finest detail from an economic and strategic point of view. The club now has a very limited time left to choose the ultimate location of this historical stadium project. The capital representative will definitely make that great decision about where its future home will be by December at the latest.
