Italian Serie A team Juventus stepped in surprisingly to add the Turkish National Football Team captain Hakan Calhanoglu to its squad. According to the exclusive news shared by Mirko Di Natale, the Turin representative personally made the first pulse check for the experienced midfielder, who has a contract with Inter until two thousand twenty-seven. After this striking development that caused a great repercussion in Italy, it emerged that Hakan Calhanoglu clearly determined his transfer priority. The successful footballer sat at the table to make a new contract negotiation with his current club Inter before making his final decision regarding his career. It was stated that if the expected agreement could not be reached between the parties, Juventus stood on the table as a very serious and strong option. As it is known, the name of the talented player was constantly associated with the giant clubs of Turkish football in every summer transfer window. Especially Galatasaray and Fenerbahce spent intense time to add the experienced star to their squads. In the last summer transfer window, the Fenerbahce management made an extremely serious attempt to tie the national footballer to its colors. However, the astronomical transfer fee demanded by the Inter club remained the biggest obstacle to making this giant transfer official. The strong involvement of Juventus in this tough transfer race, where Turkish teams stepped back due to high costs, completely changed the balances of the market. The Italian media brought to its headlines that the Juventus management had a great admiration for Hakan's game vision and vast experience in the league. The Inter front rapidly prepared the new contract conditions in order not to lose the national star to its eternal rival. This critical decision to be made by the captain began to be awaited with great curiosity by the football public in Italy and Turkey.
