SURPRISE DECISION IN ARSENAL: STADIUM PROJECT SHELVED

Arsenal made a sudden decision in the stadium expansion project it worked on for a long time. According to the news that talkSPORT announced, the London representative completely shelved its plans to increase the capacity of the Emirates Stadium. The board of directors planned to add new seats to the stadium to meet the increasing fan demand but suddenly gave up on this project. The successful manager, Mikel Arteta, took place behind the scenes of this critical cancellation. The news emphasized that the Spanish coach played an extremely influential role in this strategic decision and strictly convinced the management to preserve the existing structure. Arteta defends that the existing atmosphere positively affects the performance of the team and thinks that the possible construction process during the capacity increase will completely disrupt the focus on the pitch. In this direction, the board listened to the recommendation of its manager and stopped the expansion proposals indefinitely. Instead of changing the dimensions of the stadium in the upcoming period, Arsenal will focus on modernization works that will improve the technological infrastructure and the fan experience inside the existing facility. The London squad will spend an important part of its budget directly on new transfers that will increase the squad quality instead of stadium construction. The fans intensely discuss this remarkable decision the club made on social media platforms. Leaving the stadium project aside for now, the squad will struggle on the pitch with all its strength until the end to lift the championship trophy in the league and the European stage. The management plans to continue on its way without breaking this strong structure established under Arteta. The players will also sweat to win new victories with the enthusiastic fan support.
