UPAMECANO GETTING RED CARD RETURNS TO BAYERN MUNICH

Following the 3rd match in the group where the France National Football Team hosted Italy in the UEFA Nations League A and left the pitch with a 1-1 draw, a quite routine departure occurs in the camp squad. According to the news served to its readers by the L'Equipe newspaper, one of the leading sources of the French sports press, Dayot Upamecano, who was sent off the game in the final moments of the mentioned encounter, officially bade farewell to the national team camp. The experienced defending player, who saw a red card from the referee in the 85th minute of the tough struggle played with Italy and therefore directly fell into a suspended state, will definitely not be able to wear the jersey against Belgium, which is France's next opponent in the fixture. The national team officials and the technical committee allow the player to leave the camp immediately as a procedural requirement since his possibility to play in the Belgium encounter completely disappeared. Following this development, the successful center-back, packing his belongings, returns to Germany without losing time to join his club Bayern Munich. This departure, which is a quite standard practice within the ordinary flow of football, will allow the player to start his training in his club team earlier than planned. The France national team prepares for the Belgium match with great seriousness in order to fix its point status in the group following the 1-1 draw it received against Italy. On the other hand, the Bayern Munich technical staff finds the opportunity to include its player into the training again without any injury problem and in a physically more vigorous way. This news detailed by L'Equipe is evaluated as a completely routine and procedural step in the football public. The German giant Bayern Munich will see its experienced player, who is the backbone of the defense, on the training pitch a few days in advance while preparing for the tough and intense marathon in its own league without slowing down.  The Bayern Munich side writes this early return of the star footballer as a quite important advantage before the critical matches in the Bundesliga.
