Bayern's target: Jules Koundé

A notable development is unfolding regarding Bayern Munich's defensive line. According to Christian Falk of Bild, the German champions have identified Barcelona's French defender Jules Koundé as a transfer target. It is stated that the player has been on the club's list for years and that his progress has been closely followed.

However, there is an important condition standing in the way of this transfer. According to reports, should Bayern Munich decide to make their move for Koundé, they must first sell players on permanent deals. It is stated that the squad is overloaded in that area, with Konrad Laimer and Josip Stanišić also able to play at right-back. The sale of Sacha Boey, in particular, is shown as the precondition for a Koundé move.

At Bayern Munich, who have already signed Nathaniel Brown and Ismael Saibari, Hiroki Ito, Kim Min-jae and João Palhinha are also shown among the names who could leave alongside Boey should suitable offers arrive.
