BIG SHOCK FOR REAL MADRID: ASENCIO LAYS ON THE OPERATING TABLE

According to the breaking news shared by MARCA, the leading institution of the Spanish sports press, a new injury crisis that annoys manager Jose Mourinho greatly breaks out on the Real Madrid front. The young defender of the capital team, Raúl Asencio, prepares to lay on the operating table due to the discomfort in his right leg's tibia that continues for months and never goes away. The operation decision will become official after the final meeting to be held between the club medical committee, the player, and the technical committee. Asencio, who stayed away from the jersey due to the injury he suffered in his thigh area during the pre-season preparation camp, had difficulty closing his match deficiency despite returning to the team in September. The Spanish defender, who entered the squad in the Rayo Vallecano, Elche, and Atletico Madrid matches but could not get time, last stayed on the pitch for only 46 minutes in the Leganes friendly match in July. The successful center-back, who will go under the knife due to the persistent pain in his tibia, will stay away from the green pitches between 2 and 3 months after the operation. Jose Mourinho, who already struggles with serious absences and suspended players in the defense line, takes a huge blow in the center-back rotation with this news. If the surgery takes place as planned, Raúl Asencio's return to the pitches will take until the year 2027. The Portuguese manager will now try to produce the best solution with his limited defense alternatives until the transfer window in January.
