According to Marca, Eli Junior Kroupi should stay at Bournemouth; the Cherries have absolutely no intention of selling him. The club is reported to have no need for money and views the player as an indispensable asset.

This resolve also carries an official dimension. Bournemouth are reported to have formally designated the 19-year-old French forward "not for sale" at Dean Court, with the decision linked not to any particular offer or valuation, but to a broader strategic vision.

The philosophy behind the decision has also become clear. The club's president of football operations, Tiago Pinto, is reported to view Kroupi as a central part of the club's future sporting project; Bournemouth is said to be determined to move away from the perception of being a stepping-stone club that develops talent before selling it on, and instead build a squad aimed at sustained Premier League stability and greater ambition.

The player's performances explain this appeal. Having scored 13 Premier League goals last season and become one of Europe's most talked-about young attacking talents, Kroupi has also attracted interest from clubs such as Chelsea, PSG, Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Manchester City; it is recalled that Barcelona also considered Kroupi one of the leading alternatives should a move for Julian Alvarez fail to materialise, though that approach was also rejected.
