CHELSEA'S MOVE OF THE YEAR: TARGET IS NICO WILLIAMS FOR 80 MILLION

English Premier League team Chelsea hooked one of the most popular names of the market to strengthen its attacking line. According to exclusive news from Fichajes, the London representative accelerated its official steps to add the talented winger Nico Williams, who played for Athletic Bilbao and showed a massive rise in the international arena, to its squad. The Blues prepared a dizzying offer package worth exactly eighty million euros in order to finish the transfer of the Spanish star as soon as possible and eliminate their other giant rivals. However, there were some serious legal and economic difficulties in front of this massive transfer operation. Nico Williams has a highly long-term and solid contract with the Basque club that lasts until the year two thousand thirty-five. The Athletic Bilbao management clearly expressed earlier that they had no intention of easily letting go of the young star, who is one of the most valuable pieces of the club. The Spanish press brought to its pages that the special release clause included in the current contract of the talented player was around ninety million euros and the Basque team definitely did not agree to go below this figure. Whether the first official offer of eighty million euros prepared by the Chelsea management would be enough to break the stubbornness of the Spanish club became a matter of great curiosity in the sports public. The professionals of the London club also contacted the player's manager and spent intense time to convince the player to play in England. It was claimed that the fast winger looked quite warmly at the idea of playing in the Premier League but wanted to manage this process without disrespecting his club. It was expected that the officials would hold a face-to-face meeting in London or Spain soon to finalize this operation.
