Fenerbahçe's Champions League Hopes Rest on the Return Leg

Fenerbahçe drew 1-1 with French side Lyon in the UEFA Champions League qualifying round, carrying the tie to the return leg. Neither team could leave Kadıköy satisfied with the draw, and the Yellow and Navy Blues have taken on a difficult task ahead of the second match.

Although both teams pressed for a winner in stoppage time, the score did not change and the match ended 1-1. The tie will be decided in the return leg to be played in France. A critical away test awaits Fenerbahçe.
