Galatasaray's Clear Message: Osimhen for €150 Million

Victor Osimhen's future remains one of the summer's most talked-about storylines. According to Goal.com, Tottenham tabled an opening offer worth around €60 million for the Nigerian forward, but Galatasaray flatly rejected the proposal. The club's management consider Osimhen one of the best strikers in the world and have made clear they won't even entertain any bid that fails to reflect his true market value.

According to the report, Galatasaray are holding out for a fee between €130 and €150 million. That figure is nothing new — back in May, club vice-president Abdullah Kavukcu made a public statement while Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta was doing the rounds in Istanbul, saying: "I wouldn't sell him for €150 million, but it's a matter for our president to decide." Arsenal's subsequent swap proposal involving Viktor Gyokeres plus €30 million was similarly rejected.

With guaranteed direct entry into the Champions League group stage for 2026-27 and a contract running until June 2029, Osimhen's employers feel no pressure to sell. The Nigerian star, who joined permanently from Napoli for €75 million last summer, has produced remarkable numbers since arriving, scoring 59 goals and providing 16 assists in 74 appearances, playing a key role in back-to-back Super Lig titles. Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano has also suggested the situation remains stable, with Osimhen believed to be happy at Galatasaray unless an exceptional offer arrives from the Premier League.
