Kolo Muani eyes a Juventus return again

There are busy days surrounding Randal Kolo Muani's future. According to what has been reported, the French forward wants to wear the Juventus shirt again after a loan at Tottenham that ended in disappointment, and the player's clear priority is a return to the Serie A side.

His loan spell did not go as planned. Kolo Muani managed just one goal in 30 Premier League appearances for Tottenham, falling short of expectations at a London club that narrowly avoided relegation. As a result, there was no question of the loan being made permanent, and the player returned to PSG. The French striker, however, is not expected to stay long in Paris; out of manager Luis Enrique's plans, a fresh move this summer looks inevitable for Kolo Muani.

There is no hesitation over the player's preference. Juventus — where he played on loan in the second half of 2025, scoring 10 goals in 22 games and quickly becoming a favourite with the fans — is the team in his heart. The parties are said to have agreed personal terms, with the forward and the Turin club shaking hands on a five-year deal worth around €5 million per year.

What remains is the club-to-club negotiation, and the familiar obstacle is the same: the fee. PSG are demanding a guaranteed sum of around €40 million for a player who still carries significant book value, while Juventus have countered with an offer in the €30-35 million range and are reluctant to go higher. There is reason for optimism, though: relations between the two clubs have improved since the departure of former executive Damien Comolli, who failed to close a deal last summer. Having made direct contact over the weekend, the parties have begun negotiations, and the direction of the transfer should become clearer in the coming days.
