Trabzonspor Step Up Interest in Dusan Vlahovic

Trabzonspor have added Dusan Vlahovic to their list in the search for another world-class name to strengthen their attack. According to journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, the Turkish club has reached out to the clubs and representatives of three leading European strikers to ask about their terms, with Darwin Nunez and Alexander Sorloth alongside Dusan Vlahovic among the names under consideration. Trabzonspor's management is reportedly preparing to submit an official offer for one of these players depending on how financial terms develop and how the players themselves respond during the process.

Vlahovic, who became a free agent after his contract with Juventus expired on June 30, 2026, is currently valued at €35 million, having reached a peak market value of €85 million during his career. Other reports had previously suggested Trabzonspor had already presented Vlahovic's agent with an opening offer worth €6 million per year in guaranteed salary plus performance-related bonuses, with the initial contact described as positive and talks said to be continuing.

The 26-year-old Serbian striker, who joined Juventus from Fiorentina for €85.4 million in 2022 and delivered 68 goals and 16 assists in 168 appearances for the Italian club, has also long been on Besiktas' transfer list. Trabzonspor's management is said to be aiming to add another global star to their attack following the completion of the Mohamed Salah transfer, building an ambitious squad for the new season.
