Yamal opens, Oyarzabal seals it: 3-0 at the break

Far ahead of their opponents in possession and chance creation, Luis de la Fuente's side unpicked the Saudi defence with their attacking variety and efficiency. For Saudi Arabia, Salem Al Dawsari was booked in the 30th minute; the Falcons, trailing throughout the first half, could not create real danger.

The match is being officiated by Brazilian referee Raphael Claus. Going into the second half 3-0 up, Spain will be out to both secure the win and strengthen their goal-difference maths. After the disappointment against Cabo Verde, this scoreline is an important morale boost for La Roja.
